Daily Donkey Auto Basic
Instructions

Stake is the order size
that will be submitted to Betfair, if you have 'as Liability'
checked the size of the bet will be divided by (odds-1).
STP stands for Seconds
To Post and is the time in seconds before the advertised off
time that Daily Donkey Auto will look at each race.
Max Book is a safety
feature. If, in this case, the lay book is over 110% the trade
will be rejected. This is to safe guard against books returning
from withdrawals etc when the prices are unrealistically poor.

Lay trades can be subject
to an odds range, if outside of these parameters the selection
will not be layed. The race can also be rejected if it is
outside a runner range you set.

You may set Daily Donkey
Auto to stop when you have made a profit that you specify
for the day, profits can reduced by your Betfair commission
rate that is calculated for you.
The 'My Settings' Tools:

'Login' opens the login
control window.
'Save My Settings' saves
ALL of your chosen options and amounts. These settings will
be loaded automatically upon opening the software to save
you time resetting them.
'Sure bet', when enabled
orders bets at 2 Betfair price increments away from currently
available prices to ensure, as far as we can be reasonably
sure, the bets are matched.
'Ignore Mutli Donkeys'
will reject the race if there are more than 1 selection in
that race.
' Auto Start' when check
checked means when you open the software (as long as you have
saved you Username and password) will auto start as stated!
You may stop the software starting by clicking 'click to stop'
as shown within 10 seconds.
After the count down
Daily Donkey Auto will Login you in, load your settings and
Start to look for the next race to trade on.
'Re Start as 10am GMT',
when checked: If the software is in Pause mode it will Start
to run at 10am GMT. This is useful if you have 'stop at points
up' checked and the software has paused for the day and you
have left the software running overnight.
Daily Donkey Auto Special
Features Instructions
These are details regarding special Daily
Donkey Auto options. Each 'Bolt-on' has been requested by
user(s) of the software and are not our own inventions. If
you require the use of any of these features you must ask
us to assign you for use. It will be useful for you to chat
with us about these options as they can become quite complex.
If you require an extra feature of your
own please ask. If it is possible and feasible we will do
our best to incorporate it into the software as a bolt-on
for you.
Bolt-on 1, Extra Options
if Fav or 2nd Fav
If any bet is the Betfair
Favorite it can be ignored and if you wish reverted into a
back bet:
If any bet is the Betfair
2nd favorite it can be ignored as long as the odds are a set
amount above or equal to the favorites odds. It can also to
reverted to a back bet if required:
Bolt-on 2, Tidy Markets
At the stated STP, in
the bolt-on 2 tool bar, markets will be 'tidied'.
Each horse in the market
in question will be balanced as near as it can be. The resulting
bet per horse will look to equalize the sum of: (back price
* back size matched) and the sum of: (lay price * lay size
matched).
This will be across the
board for every bet and each and every horse you have in that
market regardless of whether it was placed by Daily Donkey
Auto or not and regardless of whether it was a Daily Donkey
selection or not.
The tidy prices will be submitted at 2 tics
away from current prices but ordered at stakes calculated
to level the book at current prices. If the prices change
this will result in a slightly unbalanced book as can using
small bet sizes.
If the software fails to tidy due to a technical
error, you Internet connection in broken, Betfair are not
handling calls or any other reason that causes the book not
to be balanced we take no responsibilities for the outcome.
Never gamble more than you can and are happy to loose on your
lay bets irrespective of the tidy option.
If you are unsure of this feature do
not use it.
Bolt-on 3, Multi Stakes
You may add additional odds ranges to control
the stake and bet type. On clicking 'ADD/EDIT PARAMETER LINES'
a control window opens:

Set your parameters and click 'Add New Line',
to edit line put a tick in the Edit column for the line(s)
you wish to edit, reset the parameters and click 'Edit Checked
Lines'.
Lower lines will override higher lines,
for example in this case if the odds for the Lay were 3.0
then the first line would qualify as the back odds would be
between 1.0 and 3.0 but the second line also qualifies. So
the bet would be a lay with a stake of 25, not a back at stake
of 10 and not both!
If Percentage of Balance is on then the
size of the bet will be the percentage stake value of you
balance at the time of the bet. If Liability is on then the
size of the stake will be divided by (odds-1). Meaning Lay
as Liability or Back for profit. %age calculates the size
before Liability.
Bolt-on 4, Place 'at' Guide Tissue
Price

The Tissue prices for the horses can be
used as a guide price to place orders at. If 'Place as Recommended
Price' is check the bet will be ordered at this price. You
may adjust the order price to account for the fact that the
tissue prices are generally 15-17% below a 100% book or indeed
set to whatever to wish. For example a tissue of 9/1 = 10.0,
a 120% adjustment will result in the order being placed at
12.0. The order will be adjusted to the nearest Betfair increment
up if it is not valid.
If the software has been unable to get the
information you can opt to have the donkeys ignored otherwise
a failure to get the information will result in the feature
being ignored and the donkeys will be placed as normal.
We cannot under any circumstances guarantee
the information will be available.
Bolt-on 5, Multi Mania (if more than 1 Donkey)
The only extra option here so far is to
place a bet only on the favorite according to Betfair prices
and not all of the Daily Donkey selections.
In 'My Settings' you can set the software
to ignore the whole race if is are more than one selection.
Bolt-on 5 will NOT override ignore multi donkeys
Bolt-on 6, Form Rating
This bolt on looks at the form of the horse
and calculates a rating based on its performance of its last
runs. You may go back as many times out as you like with the
'Sum Last' option .
If there are not enough last runs the horse will be ignored.
For example if the form is 52316 and you
set 'Sum Last' to 2 the rating will be 6+1=7. If you sum the
last 3 it will be 6+1+3=10.
The horse will qualify as a lay if you check
Lay and the rating is between or values of your choice. Check
the 'No Wins' check box and if the horse has a rating of 1
within your range it will not qualify as a lay:
Example. Check Lay and set values of 8 and
20. If you summed the last 2 the rating is 7 so will not be
a selection. Sum the last 3 the rating would be 10 and therefore
would be a lay as 10 is in-between 8 and 20. (a rating of
exactly 8 or 20 also qualifies). If you had checked 'No Wins'
the bet would not qualify as there is a win (1) in the ratings
you used.
The same applies to make the bet a BACK
bet by using the back parameter. In this case you have the
option to only allow the bet is it has won within your ratings
with the 'If Wins' option:
Form Ratings rule. If a '\' or a '-' is
detected it with be blanked. ie: a form of 12-3/45 will become
12345. The letters P,F and U and the number 0 will count as
10. Any other non number character will disqualify the horse.
Bolt-on 7, Market Control
If you choose to use bolt on 7 you can control
the markets that the bets are place in.
You can specify what bet type (back / lay)
is ordered in what market type (win, place or both)

For example:
We check to use bolt
on 7 and select Win Market for Backs and select Win Market
AND place market for lays.
If the bet is a lay
it will order it in the win market and in the place market,
if the bet is a back it will order it in the win market. Please
note 'show place markets' must be selected under the race
card on the bottom left for place markets to be processed.
Good Luck!!
